When we went there yesterday I asked for the promo and was directed to the guests' window but they said the lowest they could offer was a 2+1 (why won't they honor it?). I didn't argue anymore because I didn't want to start my day steaming. Unfortunately, once inside we were in for more disapointments. The agos grandes has one straight wave setting which was no fun but more hurting and had more "rest time" than it working, at one point it went dead from 1:30-3:45pm (more than 2 hours straight and I thought this was a major attraction). My daughter's favorite was boon docks and guess what? it was off-limits that day and we were not even informed beforehand. What a bummer! I even gave assurance to my "balikbayan" relatives that it'll be fun. We are regular patrons and it's sad to experience this from one of our favorite summer destinations :( That's why I hope the change of management and its decision to open the theme park whole year round does not affect the quality of its services and customer satisfaction.

Jenie M.
